Design.

The two Michelin starred L’Enclune in Cumbria were keen to work with recycled materials. We developed a special process using used water bottles to make these beautiful handles. No added resins or bonding agents were required. Kind to the planet, lethal to your dinner.

Although Simon liked our classic table knife shape, he wanted a smaller blade so these blades come in at around 4”. Elegant but still plenty big enough to tackle even the biggest of steaks.

Sharp.

The blade has undergone a heat treat process that includes high temperatures of nearly 2000f and lows of -300f. This all helps to produce a blade that can be super sharp, but also durable.

Resistant.

The blade steel is a super clean stainless variant and as the handles are made from a food safe plastic, they will naturally repel water and moisture. These knives are set to look beautiful for years to come.

A singler knife

Result.

The stainless steel fasteners match the recycled material perfectly and when set with the black G10 liners, this knife looks like an instant classic.
