Bubblegum & butterscotch.

How do you make something that is blisteringly sharp yet beautiful? This one-off chef knife features butterflies & flowers tattooed onto the blade. The bubblegum and butterscotch coloured G10 handle is designed to stand up to the most demanding of kitchens.

Knives don’t have to look threatening.

This handmade knife is made from an extremely robust stainless steel (14C28N) in my little studio in France. As with all of my knives, they have been made with a minimum impact to the planet as possible.

Lickable.

Don’t be fooled, this may look like a sweet knife but it is a serious tool for the kitchen. The 8” stainless blade has been hardened to 61HRC and sharpened on a japanese water stone. The vintage butterscotch G10 liners pair with the bubblegum handle and brass bolts to make a handle that won’t shrink, warp or split in a kitchen environment.

The blade is a classic western style and has decorative file work along the spine - perfectly complimenting the blade tattoo. The steel has been hand rubbed to a mirror finish and has a height of 2” at the heel. A classic shape with a modern spin which is designed to be a real workshorse in a busy kitchen.
