There aren’t many ways to make something sharp and pointy that stands out from the crowd. This special combination of materials make a knife that performs superbly but also looks out of the world. Only one is made and it is 100% unique.
All is not as it seems.
Unlike one of my regular knives, this knife has a surprise which reveals itself at night. Flying saucers race up the blade and the famous ‘The truth is out there’ slogan is engraved into the grip of the handle.
This ultralight knife has a rounded spine which has my signature file work making it a handsome addition to anybody’s kitchen or knife collection.
Oh, and that handle really comes to life in the dark thanks to the custom luminescent liners. 👽
This is not a gimic.
This one-odd knife has been built in my little French studio tp my usual exacting standards and is no slouch in the kitchen.
Blade.
Let’s be clear, this knife isn’t a gimic. It still has a high performing blade made of the finest Swedish steel (Sandvik 14C28N) which I have heat treated to 59HRC before hand grinding to a thin and slicy edge. .
Handle.
The toxic green handle is made of a composite material with a luxurious soft feel and features a swept back handle, perfect for getting out of the way when pinch gripping the knife..
