Sometimes, the natural things just shine and sparkle. The natural warmth of wood combined with high performance steel makes for a devastatingly beautiful knife.

Take something beautiful and amplify it.

Wood is beautiful but has its faults when it comes to being used as a handle in a kitchen environment. Normally moisture can warp and crack wood, but this knife has fought back. Treated in a vacuum chamber to remove any air which could become a void for moisture, the wood was then flooded with a food safe resin. This resin prevents any moisture from soaking in to the handle. In short, it will stay beautiful forever.

Contrasted with black G10 liners and brass fasteners, this will turn heads in any kitchen. Economically, the handle benefits from a unique cutaway giving access to the blade for comfortable pinch grips.

Sharp & pointy.

Not all steels are the same. This blade is made from Sandvik 14C28N in the Worlds greenest steel facility. I heat the steel to a blistering 1922 degrees (F) in an inert kiln, the steel is then rapidly cooled to ensure a hardness of 61HRC, making it capable of hair splitting sharpness and an edge that is easy to maintain.

The blade is a classic western style and has decorative file work along the spine - perfectly complimenting the blade. The steel has been hand rubbed to a mirror finish and has a height of 2” at the heel. A classic shape with a modern spin which is designed to be a real workhorse in a busy kitchen.
